How do I ensure the right fit for my pet?

We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. We recommend measuring your pet's chest girth and neck circumference, then choosing the size that allows for a two-finger gap for maximum comfort.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items with excessive pet hair.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

Are your products machine washable?

Most of our hoodies and knitwear are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. We recommend air drying to maintain the integrity of the premium fabrics and prints.

Do you offer matching sets for humans?
